Fitness Facility Management

A manual for the easy management of Health, Fitness and Weight Training Areas.
All current Health & Safety legislation transposed into the health & fitness arena in easy to use 'Helpsheets', Includes sections on People, Plant, Premises & Procedures, plus information and examples on induction courses into these facilities.

Risk Assessment in British Universities: A Sport Guide

The process of compiling Risk Assessments is fully covered, with illustrations and guidance notes. The presentation is in the form of a CD ROM, divided into two distinct areas of operation.
Part A: A scene setting preface describing the presentation, its purpose and its organisation. An introduction examining: i) the 'raison d'etre' behind risk assessments, complete with a scoring system and typical format layout. ii) the legal requirements for risk assessment procedures.
Part B: A Risk Assessment Audit and Inspection System - a step by step approach, with exampled sports, of how each risk assessment (as established and administered in Part A above) can be: a) .Audited and b) Inspected
