Committees & Liaisons

UCS is heavily reliant on its own members giving up their time to represent the Association on national and regional committees. The overall management of the organisation is coordinated by an executive committee who are elected at the Association's AGM each Annual Conference. Executive Committee

The UCS executive committee meets three to four times a year and is charged with over seeing the direction and development of the Association. Areas of the executive's work include external liaison with international, national and regional sports organisations, production of newsletters and news bulletins, promotion of best practice in areas such as sports scholarships, sports safety, the coordination of the annual conferences and the wider support of its membership through the provision of a number of services.
